Epitope Prediction for Cancer Vaccine Development

As a part of support contract for Roswell Park Cancer Center, Argentys has completed the computational analysis of prospective cancer vaccine targets to predict epitope immunogenicity and cross-reactivity by using the state of the art machine learning approaches.
